After making a lot of saw dust these last three weeks or so, I came home to a very weedy garden.
After I got done pulling weeds I saw that the rhubarb was growing well after a slow start.
Get the colander and the knife I thought and pick some rhubarb for relish.
I just finished a big batch of the ( Dedham Rhubarb Relish ) a recipe I got from my Mother.
It came out very nice !
